Raspberry Overnight oats

Something to get you out of bed in the morning! A great way of preparing for the week ahead and can be easily transported if you pop it into a jam jar or tupperware to take on the go with you. If you are using oat milk, make sure it hasn’t got added sugar.

Serves 1


50g organic rolled oats

1 tbsp almond butter

200ml milk of your choice

1 tbsp milled hemp seed

30g frozen raspberries (or blueberries/blackberries)

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt (optional)

  1. Mix the oats, yoghurt, milk, raspberries, almond butter and hemp seeds together.

  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight to soak.

  3. Add more liquid in the morning if needed.

  4. Sometimes we add more chopped nuts or seeds, or some grated apple.
